  • Your Day, Your Way

You control the voyage on your charter and dictate your dream day, not our company, allowing for multiple activities not just a specific one and a day filled with your dream itinerary.

  • Only The Best Captains

Being we don't employ the captains directly, we open ourselves to not being tied to someone. We only select the top captains in the area to put on our pre-approved list, which leaves you the selection of the best captains in the area to join your charterers.

  • Large Charter Capacity

Due to the foreign built vessels SeaEO exclusively uses, it forces the largest allowable non-COI charter capacity. That allows you, the crew, and 12 of your guests to join you on your voyage!

Why people LOVE SeaEO

How many passengers can I bring on a private Destin luxury charter?

SeaEO charters are designed for groups of up to 13 people in the charter party - the charterer plus up to 12 guests - in addition to the captain and any crew. That makes a Destin charter a strong option for couples, families and larger groups without moving to a large commercial tour boat.

What is included in the cost of a Destin charter?

Your Destin booking covers the private use of the selected SeaEO vessel and its listed onboard amenities for the reserved charter time. SeaEO’s Axopar 37 fleet includes features such as a bathroom, Bluetooth audio, enclosed cabin space, sunpads and a small cooler/refrigeration area. Fuel is not included, and captain payment is handled separately under SeaEO’s demise-charter structure. Exact inclusions and add-ons are shown during booking.

Is fuel included in the charter price?

No. Fuel is separate from the listed Destin charter price. SeaEO tracks fuel used during the trip and discloses typical fuel costs during booking; the final amount varies with charter length, cruising speed, route and the number of longer-distance stops you choose. This structure allows the itinerary to stay flexible rather than limiting the trip to reduce fuel use.

Can we bring alcohol, food, and drinks aboard?

Yes. SeaEO allows alcohol, food, drinks and snacks aboard its Destin charters, and the website also lists glass bottles as permitted. Guests are responsible for consuming alcohol safely and following the captain’s directions at all times.

What should we bring for a day on the water in Destin?

SeaEO recommends bringing drinks, food or snacks, sunscreen and towels. Wear comfortable clothing suited to the weather and bring a swimsuit if swimming is part of your plan. The boat provides enclosed space and onboard amenities, but packing for sun, wind and time in the water will make the day more comfortable.

What happens if weather prevents our charter from going out?

Safety and the quality of the trip come first. If weather, wind, tides or sea conditions make the planned Destin itinerary unsuitable, your captain may modify the route or activity plan. The captain may adjust the route, timing or activities to find the best available experience in the conditions. If the operator has to cancel the trip, SeaEO’s policy provides for rescheduling or a refund/credit under the applicable booking terms.

Can we visit Crab Island during our Destin charter?

Yes, a Crab Island stop can be considered as part of a custom Destin itinerary when charter length, weather, tides, water depth, local rules and docking/anchoring conditions allow. SeaEO’s trips are intentionally flexible, so the captain can help decide whether that stop fits naturally into the day. SeaEO describes Crab Island as a shallow submerged sandbar in Choctawhatchee Bay just north of the Destin Bridge. It is boat-access only and is especially popular during the warmer peak season.

How much time should we plan to spend at Crab Island?

The right amount of time depends on whether Crab Island is the main event or one stop in a larger Destin day. A few hours gives you time to anchor, swim and enjoy the sandbar, while a longer charter makes it easier to add Destin Harbor sightseeing or other cruising. SeaEO notes that high tide often provides the clearest water and weekday mornings tend to be quieter.

Can we combine Crab Island with sightseeing through Destin Harbor?

Yes, a Crab Island stop can be considered as part of a custom Destin itinerary when charter length, weather, tides, water depth, local rules and docking/anchoring conditions allow. SeaEO’s trips are intentionally flexible, so the captain can help decide whether that stop fits naturally into the day. SeaEO describes Crab Island as a shallow submerged sandbar in Choctawhatchee Bay just north of the Destin Bridge. It is boat-access only and is especially popular during the warmer peak season.

Can our charter cruise through Choctawhatchee Bay?

Yes, cruising through Choctawhatchee Bay can be considered as part of a custom Destin itinerary when charter length, weather, tides, water depth, local rules and docking/anchoring conditions allow. SeaEO’s trips are intentionally flexible, so the captain can help decide whether that stop fits naturally into the day.

Can we head into the Gulf of Mexico when conditions allow?

Yes, an open-water leg toward the Gulf of Mexico can be considered as part of a custom Destin itinerary when charter length, weather, tides, water depth, local rules and docking/anchoring conditions allow. SeaEO’s trips are intentionally flexible, so the captain can help decide whether that stop fits naturally into the day. The captain will only head into more exposed Gulf waters when wind, waves and inlet conditions make it appropriate for the group and boat.

Can we book a private sunset charter in Destin?

Yes. A private sunset cruise is a natural fit for a Destin charter and is one of SeaEO’s commonly offered charter styles. Because the trip is private, the captain can shape the route around the best available evening views, weather and water conditions while keeping the pace relaxed for your group.

Can we customize a Destin charter for a birthday, bachelor party, or bachelorette party?

Absolutely. Customization is central to SeaEO’s charter model. A Destin trip can be built around the type of group you are bringing - from birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette celebrations and proposals to family outings or corporate groups. Tell SeaEO the atmosphere and activities you want, and the route and pace can be planned around your priorities, conditions permitting.
