  • Your Day, Your Way

You control the voyage on your charter and dictate your dream day, not our company, allowing for multiple activities not just a specific one and a day filled with your dream itinerary.

  • Only The Best Captains

Being we don't employ the captains directly, we open ourselves to not being tied to someone. We only select the top captains in the area to put on our pre-approved list, which leaves you the selection of the best captains in the area to join your charterers.

  • Large Charter Capacity

Due to the foreign built vessels SeaEO exclusively uses, it forces the largest allowable non-COI charter capacity. That allows you, the crew, and 12 of your guests to join you on your voyage!

Why people LOVE SeaEO

How many passengers can join a private Naples luxury charter?

SeaEO charters are designed for groups of up to 13 people in the charter party - the charterer plus up to 12 guests - in addition to the captain and any crew. That makes a Naples charter a strong option for couples, families and larger groups without moving to a large commercial tour boat.

What is included in the charter price?

Your Naples booking covers the private use of the selected SeaEO vessel and its listed onboard amenities for the reserved charter time. SeaEO’s Axopar 45 XC includes features such as a bathroom, Bluetooth audio, enclosed cabin space, sunpads and a small cooler/refrigeration area. Fuel is not included, and captain payment is handled separately under SeaEO’s demise-charter structure. Exact inclusions and add-ons are shown during booking.

Is fuel included in the cost of a Naples charter?

No. Fuel is separate from the listed Naples charter price. SeaEO tracks fuel used during the trip and discloses typical fuel costs during booking; the final amount varies with charter length, cruising speed, route and the number of longer-distance stops you choose. This structure allows the itinerary to stay flexible rather than limiting the trip to reduce fuel use.

Can we bring alcohol, food, snacks, or catered meals aboard?

Yes. SeaEO allows alcohol, food, drinks and snacks aboard its Naples charters, and the website also lists glass bottles as permitted. Guests are responsible for consuming alcohol safely and following the captain’s directions at all times. Catering can also be arranged through a separate vendor.

Are children and pets allowed on Naples charters?

Yes. SeaEO lists pets, infants and children under 12 as permitted aboard its charters. The Axopar 45 XC also provides enclosed cabin space and a stateroom that can be helpful when younger guests need shade or downtime. Let SeaEO know about young children or pets before the trip so the captain can help plan for comfort and safety.

What is SeaEO’s cancellation and weather policy?

SeaEO’s current location pages state that cancellations made at least 6 days before the charter receive a full refund; cancellations 2-5 days before receive a 50% refund; and cancellations within 2 days are non-refundable. Optional trip-cancellation insurance may allow cancellation up to 24 hours before departure for a full refund. If SeaEO or the captain determines that weather or other conditions make the trip unsuitable or unsafe, the company may reschedule the booking or provide a refund/credit under the applicable terms. Because policies can change, the terms shown at checkout should be treated as the final policy.

Can we visit Keewaydin Island during a private charter?

Yes. Keewaydin Island is one of SeaEO’s most frequently highlighted Naples destinations. The boat-access-only barrier island offers beach time, shelling and swimming, with livelier areas near the southern tip and quieter stretches farther north. SeaEO notes that a half-day charter can work well for a dedicated Keewaydin outing.

Can we explore parts of the Ten Thousand Islands by boat?

Yes, on a longer charter. SeaEO notes that the northern Ten Thousand Islands become a realistic option when you have enough time to travel south from Naples, with mangrove scenery and a more remote feel. An eight-hour charter offers much more flexibility for this type of route than a short half-day trip.

Can we cruise toward Marco Island during our charter?

Yes. SeaEO specifically features the Naples-to-Marco Island route, which follows the Intracoastal through mangrove-lined waterways and can include stops such as Keewaydin Island or Rookery Bay. SeaEO recommends about six hours for a comfortable Marco outing with stops, while longer trips create room for additional exploration.

Can we stop for swimming, shelling, or beach time?

Yes. A Naples charter can be planned around beach time, swimming and shelling, especially at boat-access destinations such as Keewaydin Island. The captain will select an anchoring area based on wind, tide and water conditions, and guests should bring towels, sunscreen and anything they want for time on the beach.

Can we see dolphins during a Naples boat charter?

Wildlife watching can be part of a Naples charter, and dolphins may be encountered in the local waterways. Because these are wild animals, sightings are never guaranteed. A local captain can choose routes that make sense for the day while keeping the trip enjoyable even if wildlife is not active.

Can we stop at a waterfront restaurant during our trip?

Yes, when docking access, restaurant availability, charter duration and conditions allow. SeaEO’s boats are designed to pull up to waterfront restaurants, so a dock-and-dine stop can often be worked into a custom Naples itinerary. Let SeaEO know before the trip if dining is a priority so the captain can plan travel time and docking logistics.

Can we book a private sunset cruise off the Naples coast?

Yes. A private sunset cruise is a natural fit for a Naples charter and is one of SeaEO’s commonly offered charter styles. Because the trip is private, the captain can shape the route around the best available evening views, weather and water conditions while keeping the pace relaxed for your group.
