Yes, SeaEO generally allows pets aboard its charters. We recommend letting the team know in advance if you plan to bring a pet so your charter can be prepared accordingly.
Vaping is permitted aboard SeaEO charters. Cigarette and cigar smoking is limited to off-boat or captain-approved designated areas. Always follow your captain’s instructions during the charter.
We recommend bringing sunscreen, towels, swimsuits, food or snacks, and any drinks you'd like during your trip. If you plan to spend time swimming or snorkeling, bring any personal gear you would like to use.
Fuel is not included in the base charter price. Typical fuel costs for each boat are disclosed during the booking process so you can plan accordingly.
If SeaEO or the captain needs to cancel your charter because of unsafe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a refund or credit in accordance with the applicable booking terms.
SeaEO's standard policy provides a full refund for cancellations made at least six days before the booking start date and a 50% refund for cancellations made two to five days before the charter. Cancellations within two days are generally non-refundable. Always review the terms provided during booking for the most current policy.
