Each trip we offer is tailored to fulfill our client's dream day on the water. Upon booking, we engage with you to understand your unique preferences—typically a day before your adventure. From there, we craft a custom charter that aligns with your specific desires, needs, or budget.

You control the voyage on your charter and dictate your dream day, not our company, allowing for multiple activities not just a specific one and a day filled with your dream itinerary.
Being we don't employ the captains directly, we open ourselves to not being tied to someone. We only select the top captains in the area to put on our pre-approved list, which leaves you the selection of the best captains in the area to join your charterers.
Due to the foreign built vessels SeaEO exclusively uses, it forces the largest allowable non-COI charter capacity. That allows you, the crew, and 12 of your guests to join you on your voyage!
SeaEO charters are designed for groups of up to 13 people in the charter party - the charterer plus up to 12 guests - in addition to the captain and any crew. That makes a Clearwater charter a strong option for couples, families and larger groups without moving to a large commercial tour boat.
Your Clearwater booking covers the private use of the selected SeaEO vessel and its listed onboard amenities for the reserved charter time. SeaEO’s Axopar 37 fleet includes features such as a bathroom, Bluetooth audio, enclosed cabin space, sunpads and a small cooler/refrigeration area. Fuel is not included, and captain payment is handled separately under SeaEO’s demise-charter structure. Exact inclusions and add-ons are shown during booking.
Yes. SeaEO allows alcohol, food, drinks and snacks aboard its Clearwater charters, and the website also lists glass bottles as permitted. Guests are responsible for consuming alcohol safely and following the captain’s directions at all times.
Glass bottles are listed as allowed by SeaEO. Vaping/e-cigarettes are permitted aboard the boat. Cigarettes and cigars are more restricted because of fire, ash, odor and upholstery concerns; SeaEO generally asks guests to smoke off the boat or only in a captain-approved designated area. Always follow the captain’s instructions for the specific charter.
Yes. SeaEO lists pets, infants and children under 12 as permitted aboard its charters. The Axopar 37 also provides enclosed cabin space and a stateroom that can be helpful when younger guests need shade or downtime. Let SeaEO know about young children or pets before the trip so the captain can help plan for comfort and safety.
SeaEO’s current location pages state that cancellations made at least 6 days before the charter receive a full refund; cancellations 2-5 days before receive a 50% refund; and cancellations within 2 days are non-refundable. Optional trip-cancellation insurance may allow cancellation up to 24 hours before departure for a full refund. If SeaEO or the captain determines that weather or other conditions make the trip unsuitable or unsafe, the company may reschedule the booking or provide a refund/credit under the applicable terms. Because policies can change, the terms shown at checkout should be treated as the final policy.
Yes, a Caladesi Island stop can be considered as part of a custom Clearwater itinerary when charter length, weather, tides, water depth, local rules and docking/anchoring conditions allow. SeaEO’s trips are intentionally flexible, so the captain can help decide whether that stop fits naturally into the day. SeaEO’s Tampa Bay boating guide identifies Caladesi Island as a natural Gulf Coast island destination near Clearwater, well suited to beach time and a relaxed island-hopping day.
Yes, an island-hopping route toward Honeymoon Island or nearby sandbar areas such as Three Rooker can be considered as part of a custom Clearwater itinerary when charter length, weather, tides, water depth, local rules and docking/anchoring conditions allow. SeaEO’s trips are intentionally flexible, so the captain can help decide whether that stop fits naturally into the day. Exact access and anchoring are dependent on weather, tides, current local restrictions and the charter length selected.
The best choice changes with tides, wind and how far your group wants to travel. SeaEO’s regional guides highlight Gulf island destinations around Clearwater and the broader Tampa Bay area, including Caladesi Island and other shallow-water stops. Your captain can recommend the most comfortable sandbar or island option for the conditions on charter day.
Wildlife watching can be part of a Clearwater charter, and dolphins may be encountered in the local waterways. Because these are wild animals, sightings are never guaranteed. A local captain can choose routes that make sense for the day while keeping the trip enjoyable even if wildlife is not active.
Yes. A private sunset cruise is a natural fit for a Clearwater charter and is one of SeaEO’s commonly offered charter styles. Because the trip is private, the captain can shape the route around the best available evening views, weather and water conditions while keeping the pace relaxed for your group.
SeaEO offers multiple charter durations, generally ranging from shorter 2-hour outings to longer full-day options depending on location and boat availability. For Clearwater, 2-4 hours works well for sightseeing or sunset, while 4-6+ hours gives more flexibility for swimming, dining or multiple destination stops. Check current booking options for the exact durations available on your date.
Safety and the quality of the trip come first. If weather, wind, tides or sea conditions make the planned Clearwater itinerary unsuitable, your captain may modify the route or activity plan. The captain may adjust the route, timing or activities to find the best available experience in the conditions. If the operator has to cancel the trip, SeaEO’s policy provides for rescheduling or a refund/credit under the applicable booking terms.
