  • Your Day, Your Way

You control the voyage on your charter and dictate your dream day, not our company, allowing for multiple activities not just a specific one and a day filled with your dream itinerary.

  • Only The Best Captains

Being we don't employ the captains directly, we open ourselves to not being tied to someone. We only select the top captains in the area to put on our pre-approved list, which leaves you the selection of the best captains in the area to join your charterers.

  • Large Charter Capacity

Due to the foreign built vessels SeaEO exclusively uses, it forces the largest allowable non-COI charter capacity. That allows you, the crew, and 12 of your guests to join you on your voyage!

Why people LOVE SeaEO

How many passengers can join a private Key Largo luxury charter?

SeaEO charters are designed for groups of up to 13 people in the charter party - the charterer plus up to 12 guests - in addition to the captain and any crew. That makes a Key Largo charter a strong option for couples, families and larger groups without moving to a large commercial tour boat.

What is included in the charter price?

Your Key Largo booking covers the private use of the selected SeaEO vessel and its listed onboard amenities for the reserved charter time. SeaEO’s Axopar 37 fleet includes features such as a bathroom, Bluetooth audio, enclosed cabin space, sunpads and a small cooler/refrigeration area. Fuel is not included, and captain payment is handled separately under SeaEO’s demise-charter structure. Exact inclusions and add-ons are shown during booking.

Can we bring alcohol, food, and drinks aboard?

Yes. SeaEO allows alcohol, food, drinks and snacks aboard its Key Largo charters, and the website also lists glass bottles as permitted. Guests are responsible for consuming alcohol safely and following the captain’s directions at all times.

Are children and pets permitted on Key Largo charters?

Yes. SeaEO lists pets, infants and children under 12 as permitted aboard its charters. The Axopar 37 also provides enclosed cabin space and a stateroom that can be helpful when younger guests need shade or downtime. Let SeaEO know about young children or pets before the trip so the captain can help plan for comfort and safety.

What should we bring if we plan to snorkel?

SeaEO recommends bringing drinks, food or snacks, sunscreen and towels, plus snorkel gear if you plan to get in the water. Wear comfortable clothing suited to the weather and bring a swimsuit if swimming is part of your plan. The boat provides enclosed space and onboard amenities, but packing for sun, wind and time in the water will make the day more comfortable.

What is the cancellation and weather policy for Key Largo charters?

SeaEO’s current location pages state that cancellations made at least 6 days before the charter receive a full refund; cancellations 2-5 days before receive a 50% refund; and cancellations within 2 days are non-refundable. Optional trip-cancellation insurance may allow cancellation up to 24 hours before departure for a full refund. If SeaEO or the captain determines that weather or other conditions make the trip unsuitable or unsafe, the company may reschedule the booking or provide a refund/credit under the applicable terms. Because policies can change, the terms shown at checkout should be treated as the final policy.

Can we snorkel at coral reefs during our charter?

Yes. Reef snorkeling is one of the main reasons to charter in Key Largo, and SeaEO highlights destinations such as Molasses Reef and the Christ of the Abyss area. Your captain will select a reef based on your group’s ability, visibility, wind, waves and any protected-area requirements in effect that day.

Can we explore waters near John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park?

Yes, reef waters associated with the John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park area can be considered as part of a custom Key Largo itinerary when charter length, weather, tides, water depth, local rules and docking/anchoring conditions allow. SeaEO’s trips are intentionally flexible, so the captain can help decide whether that stop fits naturally into the day. Protected-area rules and marine conditions determine which specific reef site is appropriate on the day of your charter.

Can we visit Molasses Reef during a private charter?

Yes, a reef run toward Molasses Reef can be considered as part of a custom Key Largo itinerary when charter length, weather, tides, water depth, local rules and docking/anchoring conditions allow. SeaEO’s trips are intentionally flexible, so the captain can help decide whether that stop fits naturally into the day. SeaEO includes Molasses Reef among the notable Key Largo snorkeling destinations; the captain will confirm suitability based on wind, waves and visibility.

Can we see the Christ of the Abyss while snorkeling?

Yes, a snorkeling trip toward the Christ of the Abyss site can be considered as part of a custom Key Largo itinerary when charter length, weather, tides, water depth, local rules and docking/anchoring conditions allow. SeaEO’s trips are intentionally flexible, so the captain can help decide whether that stop fits naturally into the day. Visibility, current, protected-area rules and reef conditions all affect the final plan.

Can we combine reef snorkeling with a sandbar or Florida Bay stop?

Yes. SeaEO’s model is built around multi-activity charters, so a Key Largo trip can combine activities such as cruising, swimming, snorkeling, fishing or a sandbar stop rather than forcing your group into one fixed tour. The captain will sequence the day around conditions, travel time and any fishing or protected-area regulations that apply.

What happens if Atlantic reef conditions are too rough?

Safety and the quality of the trip come first. If weather, wind, tides or sea conditions make the planned Key Largo itinerary unsuitable, your captain may modify the route or activity plan. Offshore or open-water routes can be adjusted to a more protected itinerary when practical. If the operator has to cancel the trip, SeaEO’s policy provides for rescheduling or a refund/credit under the applicable booking terms.

Can we book a private sunset cruise on the Florida Bay side of Key Largo?

Yes. A private sunset cruise is a natural fit for a Key Largo charter and is one of SeaEO’s commonly offered charter styles. Because the trip is private, the captain can shape the route around the best available evening views, weather and water conditions while keeping the pace relaxed for your group.
