  • Your Day, Your Way

You control the voyage on your charter and dictate your dream day, not our company, allowing for multiple activities not just a specific one and a day filled with your dream itinerary.

  • Only The Best Captains

Being we don't employ the captains directly, we open ourselves to not being tied to someone. We only select the top captains in the area to put on our pre-approved list, which leaves you the selection of the best captains in the area to join your charterers.

  • Large Charter Capacity

Due to the foreign built vessels SeaEO exclusively uses, it forces the largest allowable non-COI charter capacity. That allows you, the crew, and 12 of your guests to join you on your voyage!

Why people LOVE SeaEO

How many people can join a private Miami luxury boat charter?

SeaEO charters are designed for groups of up to 13 people in the charter party - the charterer plus up to 12 guests - in addition to the captain and any crew. That makes a Miami charter a strong option for couples, families and larger groups without moving to a large commercial tour boat.

What is included in the price of a Miami charter?

Your Miami booking covers the private use of the selected SeaEO vessel and its listed onboard amenities for the reserved charter time. SeaEO’s Axopar 37 fleet includes features such as a bathroom, Bluetooth audio, enclosed cabin space, sunpads and a small cooler/refrigeration area. Fuel is not included, and captain payment is handled separately under SeaEO’s demise-charter structure. Exact inclusions and add-ons are shown during booking.

Is fuel included in the charter cost?

No. Fuel is separate from the listed Miami charter price. SeaEO tracks fuel used during the trip and discloses typical fuel costs during booking; the final amount varies with charter length, cruising speed, route and the number of longer-distance stops you choose. This structure allows the itinerary to stay flexible rather than limiting the trip to reduce fuel use.

Can we bring our own alcohol, food, catering, and music aboard?

Yes. SeaEO allows alcohol, food, drinks and snacks aboard its Miami charters, and the website also lists glass bottles as permitted. Guests are responsible for consuming alcohol safely and following the captain’s directions at all times. Catering can also be arranged through a separate vendor. You can also connect your own music to the boat’s Bluetooth/AUX system.

Are smoking and vaping allowed during a Miami charter?

Vaping/e-cigarettes are permitted aboard the boat. Cigarettes and cigars are more restricted because of fire, ash, odor and upholstery concerns; SeaEO generally asks guests to smoke off the boat or only in a captain-approved designated area. Always follow the captain’s instructions for the specific charter.

What is SeaEO’s cancellation and weather policy?

Cancellations made at least 6 days before the charter receive a full refund; cancellations 2-5 days before receive a 50% refund; and cancellations within 2 days are non-refundable. Optional trip-cancellation insurance may allow cancellation up to 24 hours before departure for a full refund. If SeaEO or the captain determines that weather or other conditions make the trip unsuitable or unsafe, the company may reschedule the booking or provide a refund/credit under the applicable terms. Because policies can change, the terms shown at checkout should be treated as the final policy.

Can we cruise Biscayne Bay during our charter?

Yes, cruising Biscayne Bay can be considered as part of a custom Miami itinerary when charter length, weather, tides, water depth, local rules and docking/anchoring conditions allow. SeaEO’s trips are intentionally flexible, so the captain can help decide whether that stop fits naturally into the day. It is the natural centerpiece of a Miami private charter and can be combined with skyline sightseeing, swimming, dining or a sunset route.

Can we see Star Island and Miami’s waterfront mansions from the boat?

Yes, a sightseeing route that includes Star Island and Miami waterfront mansion views can be considered as part of a custom Miami itinerary when charter length, weather, tides, water depth, local rules and docking/anchoring conditions allow. SeaEO’s trips are intentionally flexible, so the captain can help decide whether that stop fits naturally into the day. The captain will follow applicable no-wake, security and navigation rules while giving the group a comfortable sightseeing pace.

Can we visit Haulover Sandbar?

Yes, a Haulover Sandbar stop can be considered as part of a custom Miami itinerary when charter length, weather, tides, water depth, local rules and docking/anchoring conditions allow. SeaEO’s trips are intentionally flexible, so the captain can help decide whether that stop fits naturally into the day. Sandbar conditions, crowd levels, tide and travel time from the pickup location will determine how it fits into the day.

Can we cruise around Key Biscayne?

Yes, cruising around Key Biscayne and Biscayne Bay can be considered as part of a custom Miami itinerary when charter length, weather, tides, water depth, local rules and docking/anchoring conditions allow. SeaEO’s trips are intentionally flexible, so the captain can help decide whether that stop fits naturally into the day.

Can we see the Miami skyline from the water?

Yes. Biscayne Bay provides excellent views back toward Miami’s skyline, and a private charter lets the captain choose angles that work well for sightseeing and photos. Daytime offers the clearest city views, while sunset and evening trips add golden-hour color or city lights.

Can we visit Stiltsville during our charter?

Yes, a route toward Stiltsville can be considered as part of a custom Miami itinerary when charter length, weather, tides, water depth, local rules and docking/anchoring conditions allow. SeaEO’s trips are intentionally flexible, so the captain can help decide whether that stop fits naturally into the day. Because Stiltsville sits in Biscayne National Park waters, the captain will account for travel time, marine conditions and applicable park/navigation rules when deciding whether it fits your charter.

Can we stop at a waterfront restaurant?

Yes, when docking access, restaurant availability, charter duration and conditions allow. SeaEO’s boats are designed to pull up to waterfront restaurants, so a dock-and-dine stop can often be worked into a custom Miami itinerary. Let SeaEO know before the trip if dining is a priority so the captain can plan travel time and docking logistics.

Can we customize a Miami charter for a birthday, bachelor party, bachelorette party, or special event?

Absolutely. Customization is central to SeaEO’s charter model. A Miami trip can be built around the type of group you are bringing - from birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette celebrations and proposals to family outings or corporate groups. Tell SeaEO the atmosphere and activities you want, and the route and pace can be planned around your priorities, conditions permitting.

Is a daytime, sunset, or evening charter best for experiencing Miami?

It depends on the experience you want. Daytime is best for swimming, sandbar time and seeing Biscayne Bay in full light; sunset is ideal for skyline photos and a relaxed golden-hour cruise; evening brings the city lights and nightlife atmosphere. A longer private charter can also bridge two of these periods.
