Experience the 18th annual 30A Songwriters Festival, January 15–18, 2027 (MLK Weekend), as more than 125 singer-songwriters perform live across 30+ intimate beachside venues along Scenic Highway 30A in Santa Rosa Beach and South Walton. From wine bars and amphitheaters to beachside lawns and boutique courtyards, the festival turns the charming coastal villages of Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, WaterColor, and beyond into one giant outdoor concert hall.
Expect acoustic, up-close performances—including headline sets at Grand Boulevard Town Center and Seaside Amphitheater featuring artists such as Gillian Welch & David Rawlings, Dawes, Larkin Poe, Booker T. Jones, Tommy Emmanuel, and more—plus the chance to discover emerging talent in a casual, scenic Gulf Coast setting. Weekend passes and individual tickets are available; some shows are free. Accommodations fill quickly.
