Embark on a once-in-a-generation maritime adventure at the Sail Yorktown Festival, an official affiliate harbor event of Sail250® Virginia. From June 12 to 14, 2026, the historic Yorktown waterfront will be graced by a majestic fleet of international tall ships and military vessels, including the three-masted barque Picton Castle, the historic merchant ship Godspeed, and Yorktown’s own Schooner Alliance II.
The festival kicks off with a breathtaking Parade of Sail and continues throughout the weekend with free deck tours, living history exhibits, and hourly military drills. Guests can explore the Vendor Village, participate in maritime-themed kids’ crafts, and enjoy free evening concerts at Riverwalk Landing. A standout highlight of the weekend is the Williamsburg Symphony Orchestra’s performance at the Yorktown Victory Monument, featuring patriotic masterpieces and a moving multimedia presentation.
